    We stand behind our products 100% and gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items within 7 days of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to find the best resolution, whether it’s an exchange or a full refund.

    Final Sale Items:

    While we strive to accommodate returns whenever possible, there are certain non-refundable items due to their nature and past misuse:

    • Ghost mannequins and fiberglass posable mannequins are final sale and non-refundable. We have implemented this policy after experiencing issues with customers using these mannequins for photoshoots and returning them. We appreciate your understanding.
    • Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable, as they are specifically made to order based on customer preferences.

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    If you need to return or exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

    Contact Us First: Reach out to our customer service team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed return instructions before sending the item back. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

    Repack the Item Properly: Ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

    Ship the Item Back to Us: Use a reliable shipping carrier to return the product. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

    Important Notes:

    Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling fees. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Condition of Returned Items: All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If the item is damaged, altered, or not in its original condition, we cannot issue a refund.

    Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns for any reason after this period.

    Custom Orders: All custom-made mannequins and special orders are final sale and non-refundable.

    Shipping Information

    We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. While some orders may be dispatched immediately, please note that obtaining and sharing tracking information may take additional time. Once your tracking number is available, we will send it to you via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

    Most orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx, ensuring reliable and timely delivery. However, we reserve the right to use other carriers if necessary to provide the best shipping experience. If you have a specific shipping request, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    If your ordered item is out of stock, a member of our customer service team will promptly reach out via phone or email to discuss the next steps. We can provide alternative options, estimated restock dates, or issue a refund based on your preference.

    We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers outside the United States. However, please be aware that additional shipping fees will apply to international orders. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination, package size, and carrier availability.
