We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. To make your shopping experience as stress-free as possible, we offer a hassle-free return policy with NO restocking fees, unlike many other companies that charge a 20-30% restocking fee.

We stand behind our products 100% and gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items within 7 days of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to find the best resolution, whether it’s an exchange or a full refund.


Final Sale Items:

While we strive to accommodate returns whenever possible, there are certain non-refundable items due to their nature and past misuse:

  • Ghost mannequins and fiberglass posable mannequins are final sale and non-refundable. We have implemented this policy after experiencing issues with customers using these mannequins for photoshoots and returning them. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable, as they are specifically made to order based on customer preferences.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you need to return or exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

Contact Us First: Reach out to our customer service team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed return instructions before sending the item back. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

Repack the Item Properly: Ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Ship the Item Back to Us: Use a reliable shipping carrier to return the product. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.


Important Notes:

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling fees. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items: All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If the item is damaged, altered, or not in its original condition, we cannot issue a refund.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns for any reason after this period.

Custom Orders: All custom-made mannequins and special orders are final sale and non-refundable.
