We take great pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are in 100% good condition.
Please note, a 25% restocking fee will apply to returned items. This helps us maintain the highest standards of product quality and service. We’ll be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund in accordance with our return policy, ensuring the process is as smooth as possible.
Final Sale Items:
While we strive to accommodate returns whenever possible, there are certain non-refundable items due to their nature and past misuse:
- Ghost mannequins and fiberglass posable mannequins are final sale and non-refundable. We have implemented this policy after experiencing issues with customers using these mannequins for photoshoots and returning them. We appreciate your understanding.
- Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable, as they are specifically made to order based on customer preferences.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you need to return or exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:
Contact Us First: Reach out to our customer service team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed return instructions before sending the item back. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
Repack the Item Properly: Ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Ship the Item Back to Us: Use a reliable shipping carrier to return the product. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
Important Notes:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling fees. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items: All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If the item is damaged, altered, or not in its original condition, we cannot issue a refund.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns for any reason after this period.
Custom Orders: All custom-made mannequins and special orders are final sale and non-refundable.
