What types of mannequins do you offer?
We offer a wide range of premium mannequins and display solutions, including full-body mannequins, dress forms, sports mannequins, plus-size mannequins, children's mannequins, head forms, torso forms, and display accessories. Whether you're styling a boutique, showroom, trade exhibition, or photo studio, we have options to suit your needs.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. We also accept orders from Canada, but shipping costs are quoted on a case-by-case basis due to freight requirements.
If you're ordering from Canada, please email us at info@themannequinmakers.com with the products you'd like to purchase and your shipping address, and we'll provide you with a custom shipping quote.
Are your mannequins easy to assemble?
Yes. Most mannequins arrive with simple assembly instructions and can be set up in just a few minutes. Components such as the torso, base, and support rod are designed for quick, hassle-free installation.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.
If you experience any issues with your order, simply email us at info@themannequinmakers.com within 7 days and include photos of the item(s). Our customer service team will review your request and work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
